Return & Refund Policy:

Since your order is custom handcrafted just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chartthat is also available on each product page. You can also click this size chart to find your best fit!

Replacements:

  • We offer a replacement for defective items if notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email proof/images of defective product to orders@shopmaico.com and include your order number.
  • Since your product is custom printed and hand sewn just for you, we do not take returns.

Shipping & Processing

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours. To cancel an order within the 24 hour timeframe, please email orders@shopmaico.com indicating that you would like a cancelation. In some cases we are unable to cancel and refund your order.
  • Allow 3-4 weeks from the time that you make your purchase for processing, creation & delivery.

Existing Orders:

  • Once you place your order, we process it within 1-2 business days.
  • When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number.
  • If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel and 45 days for home decor products, shoes or bags after having ordered, contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

  • You will receive an email from me with a sample preview / proof of your artwork before it is printed after your order is placed. Please respond to this email in a timely manner so that I can print or process your order!
